Had a lovely Christmas stay in a comfortable and spacious room. The breakfast was a hit, with a range of delicious options. The location was perfect for exploring with both city locations and the forts in equal distance. The rooftop restaurant was definitely the highlight, offering amazing views and mouth-watering food.
The noise level, as the hotel is situated next to a busy street. But with some earplugs, the street noise tended to settle by midnight.

Spent Xmas at a hotel that offered really good services. the rooms were sparkling clean and well-organized plus the breakfast was so delicious. I also enjoyed the friendly welcome from the hotel staff and it made me feel at home. the location was pretty close to all major attractions and getting around was easy because of the readily available transport.
The hotel was situated near a mosque, and the morning prayers were quite noisy. the room I stayed in was located near a busy road which sometimes made it hard to have a good night's sleep.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room, which also offered a fine view of the lake. The staff at the hotel were friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and valued. I especially appreciated their willingness to accommodate my late checkout request at a reasonable price. The hotel's rooftop restaurant served delicious food with a great view of the surroundings. The portion sizes were generous and the prices were very affordable, especially their masala tea/chai, which I highly recommend. the hotel's wifi was fast and reliable. I had an really good stay and would definitely recommend Prime Hotel to my family and friends.
